Types of Risks

• Appetite: Power units and/or trailers equipped with dump bodies such as end dumps or side dumps. For-hire operations hauling aggregates, dirt, petroleum contaminated dirt, granular asphalt, or other non-hazardous dump commodities primarily within 0-300 mile radius. Minimum of two years verifiable loss history in their own name.
• Ineligible risks: New ventures. Risks hauling ANY amount of hazardous material/waste, coal, coal by-products, or non-petroleum contaminated dirt.
• Geography: All states except DE, GA, IL, LA, MA, MD, MS, NJ, NY, TX, VA and WV.

• Coverage limits: Liability limits of $5,000,000 available. Federal/State filings when required.
• Admitted or non-admitted paper: Admitted

Submission Requirements

ACORD applications, Dump Questionnaire, expiring term plus three prior years of currently valued loss experience, current MVR's for all drivers, IFTA's to verify radius eligibility (when federal filing requested)

Additional Program highlights

All drivers must be >25 years old with two or more years of driving like equipment.
